Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with LinguaX. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
2. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a paid plan. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund.
- Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us if you were charged in error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email greyapps@icloud.com from the address associated with your account, including your order/transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. You can also manage transactions and request help through Paddle.
